Night at the Museum: Karen Jacobs Tellep

May 20th, 2024 at 6 p.m.

Karen Jacobs Tellep is the author of “Just Billy” and the sister of artist Billy Jacobs. Karen will be sharing her memories and stories about her late brother Billy. Karen Jacobs Tellep will also be signing her book which will be available. This free event is open to the public.

Special Art Exhibit

May 24th, 2024 to June 30th, 2024

In the mansion’s ballroom, the artwork of Estella Armstrong Perkins will be on display. Estella is considered the “Grandma Moses” of Belmont County Ohio. This exhibit is included with your general admission.

Night at the Museum: Linda F. Robertson

June 3rd, 2024 at 6 p.m.

Linda F. Robertson, author of “Bull Sh*t with Cream on It: A Leadership Memoir,” shares her adventures growing up on a remote Wyoming sheep ranch of the 1950s. Linda explores how these childhood memories influence her leadership and actions later in life. Linda’s story connects to our own Hopalong Cassidy, actor William Boyd, a Hendrysburg, Ohio native.

July 1st, 2024 at 6 p.m.

Archaeologist John Boilegh presents “The First Ohioans: Life at the End of the Ice Age.”

Backyard BBQ

July 21st from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Bring your family and friends, along with your lawn chairs, to enjoy yard games and music. BBQ concussions will be available for purchase along with raffles and a 50/50.

Chris Graham and the Buckeye State Button Society President share their unique Victorian buttons and how to start your own collection.
